KOWLOON ON A SHOELACE

23:40Emilija A

Having friends who love spontaneity just as much as you do is one of the best things that can happen in life. Not only does this help to create fun times, good memories but it also builds stronger friendships and relationships. When I met up with my friends at 7 AM that day, my heart skipped a beat upon hearing the reply to my question;

Me: "So, what's the plan?"
Lorena: "The plan, is that there is no plan."

We then, literally got on a bus that was going in the Kowloon direction and got off at the terminating stop, which just so happened to be Kowloon Bay. Once there, we had a short walk around the area then took the MTR to Wong Tai Sin to see the Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin temple, which was pretty spectacular, might I say. And after that we had dinner somewhere in Kowloon and later that night went out to LKF. The day was perfect. Here's some pictures I took that day, hope you enjoy!

The reason why you see my friends and I touch the statues is because touching the shiny parts brings you good luck and fortune. You can never have too much of that in your life, right?

I posted the picture above on my Instagram and captioned it "Fortune teller central" because in all of those little shops/stalls that you see are fortune tellers, palm readers, and every other kind of reader, healer (etc.) that you can possibly imagine. Walking down that corridor was an interesting experience.
